FAQ's

1. What is the method of payment?
Cheque, DIB or Cash. We accept Euro payments as well.

2. How long will my order take to be processed?
You’ll receive an acknowledgement from the company. Also, a date of delivery will be given to you after the prices and order has been confirmed.

3. Can’t find a product?
We make every effort to source the products you are interested in, however, we cannot always satisfy all requests. Just e-mail or call us.

4. What if a product is out of stock?
We will let you know about out of stock products and availability.

5. What happens when you forget your password?
Not a problem, all you have got to do is fill in your e-mail address and then click the password reminder button. Your password will immediately be sent to that address. If you can’t even remember the e-mail address you used just create a new account or give us a call and we will figure it out for you! If you’re not sure about filling in any of the boxes, just drop us line at customerservices@lakesfood.co.uk and we’ll get on the case for you.

6. Change your email or password?
If you have changed your e-mail address, or want to change your password, then write to us at customerservices@lakesfood.co.uk. Please include some details of a previous order and tell us what you want your new password to be.

7. I understand you supply Halal and Kosher products?
Yes, the Vegetarian Society and the Halal board approve us. We can also supply Kosher certificate on request.

HOW TO REQUEST PRICES?

1. Click on 'Products' button from the left menu.
2. Next, find your item by clicking on any 'category' in the category list.
3. Once the list of items are dusplayed, select your item by adding the 'Quantity Required' by you in the box provided.
4. Once you have selected your items from the displayed list, click on 'Add to Cart' this button is at the bottom of the page.
5. You will be able to see your selected items in your 'Cart'
6. To get a price for these items click on 'Order Form'
7. Log-in using your username and password. If you do not have a username and password you can create one by clciking on the New User option.
8. Once you are happy with your details clcik on 'Send'
9. We aim to respond within 2 working days ofyou query.
